Multi-Location
Tracks every warehouse and retail location
Stockouts cost you more than you think.
Every day a product is out of stock, you lose revenue, customers, and search ranking. Most merchants don't know there's a problem until it's already too late.
Lost Revenue
When a product goes out of stock, customers don't wait — they leave. And most of them never come back. A single stockout can cost you days of sales and months of customer loyalty.
Spreadsheet Guesswork
Manually tracking reorder points works at 10 products. At 100 products across 3 locations, it falls apart. You need a system that scales with your catalog — not one that breaks every time you add a new SKU.
Blind Reorder Timing
"Low stock" doesn't tell you when you'll actually run out. A product selling 2 units/day with 20 left has 10 days. A product selling 10 units/day with 20 left has 2 days. Without velocity context, you're guessing.
See every product's risk level at a glance.
Your dashboard shows exactly how many products are Critical, High, Medium, or Low risk — with a clear donut chart breaking down your entire catalog.
Predictions powered by three velocity windows.
Stock Predictor doesn't just look at last week's sales. It calculates velocity across three time windows (7, 30, and 90 days) and weights them by recency.
Independent predictions for every warehouse.
A product might be well-stocked in your main warehouse but running critically low at a retail location. Single-number inventory tracking hides that problem.
Risk levels that know your supply chain.
Stock Predictor lets you set lead times per product type, so your risk calculations reflect your actual supply chain reality.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Stock Predictor predict when I'll run out of stock?
Stock Predictor calculates your sales velocity — how many units you sell per day — across three time windows: 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. These are weighted by recency (50%, 30%, 20%) so recent trends matter most. Your current inventory is then divided by this weighted velocity to determine exactly how many days of stock remain.
What data does the app access from my Shopify store?
Stock Predictor uses read-only access to your products, inventory levels, locations, and orders. We never modify your store data — no editing products, no changing inventory counts, no touching your orders.
How does real-time syncing work?
When you install the app, we register Shopify webhooks for key events: new orders, order updates, inventory changes, and product updates. When any of these happen in your store, Shopify notifies Stock Predictor automatically.
What happens when a product is out of stock?
When a product is out of stock, Stock Predictor stops counting those days toward your velocity calculation. This is called "in-stock day filtering." It means your velocity reflects actual demand — not artificially low numbers caused by periods when customers couldn't buy.
Does it work with multiple locations?
Yes. Stock Predictor tracks every Shopify location — warehouses, retail stores, fulfillment centers — independently. Each location gets its own stock count, velocity calculation, and risk level.
How long does setup take?
Under 5 minutes. Install the app, click "Sync Products" to import your catalog, and configure lead times for your product types. That's it.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan gives you full access to the prediction engine for up to 50 products at 1 location. There's no trial period — it's free for as long as you use it.
